MahaRERA Admit Card Download 2023-24 Real Estate Agent Exam Date. The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulation Authority is conducting the Certification Examination for Real Estate Agents who have submitted their online applications. Candidates should therefore now download the MaahaRERA Agent Training and Certification Examination Admit Card through the official website at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.
The applications received were scrutinized and the shortlisted canidates were permitted to attend the examination. With effect from 01st May 2023, it is mandated that a person should possess this certification provided by MahaRERA for sale of perchance of a plot, building, unit, apartment on behalf of any person. So may candidates are applying for this examination.

MahaRERA Real Estate Agent Certification Exam Admit Card 2023 2024
There are four organizations that are providing Training on behalf of MahaRERA. These organizations are

- National Association of Realtors of India
- National Real Estate Development Council
- SIMACES Leaming LLP
Candidates who have submitted the online application and completed the duration of the course are permitted to attend the exam with the MahaRERA Agent Training Program Admit Card 2023.
The MahaRERA Exam Date 2023 will commence from April 2023. For different batches, this examination will be conducted as per the announced schedule.

Candidates who have paid the examination fess of Rs.1500/- excluding GST are permitted to attend the exam, satisfying that they have completed the Real Estate Agent Training Program as per the guidelines provided.
How to Download MahaRERA Admit Card 2023 2024
The website of MahaRERA is going to provide information regarding the release of the MahaRERA Admit Card 2023 and the facility to download it. Check the required information from it to attend the test as per the schedule
In the written test, 50 questions are asked, each carrying 2 marks. So the total marks will be 100.
Qualifying for the exam requires scoring a total of 40 Marks.
The Question Paper is provided in English and Marathi Languages
On successful passing of the examination, the candidates shall be provided with MahaRERA Real Estate Agent Certificate of Competency with a unique certification Number.
