Kerala NTEC Registration 2024 Nursery Teachers Education Course 1st 2nd Year Exam Pattern. The General Education Department of Kerala has now started the process of receiving applications from suitable candidates who are now pursuing the NTEC Course of 01st and 2nd Years in recognized government and Self Financed Institutes in the state. Candidates who have attended the 1st year examination can only attend the 02nd year examination. Those who have failed in these papers are now allowed to attend the exam in the current year.
